Design Brief
Anyone that interested in Internet banking and managing home loans.
Target Audience
Customer will be able to manage multiple full applications and pre-approval applications.
They can see the status of applications (in progress / submitted / complete) and can take actions according to notifications.
They can see the Mortgage details, rates and other details which are important for applications.

Site-Mapping

The home page is design with very minimal options, to ensure that whole process isn’t as intimidating.
It reduces cognitive overload by keeping it very simple.
All required options are provided on the landing page, this eliminates the need for a bottom navigation.
Notifications are easy to check due to the pop-up.
A floating action button allows the user access to customer support at all times.
Hi-Fidelity Wireframes
All the details provided during onboarding would be presented at the profile section, along with the flexibility to edit it with ease.
There’s quick access to the mortgage calculator at all steps while navigating around the application.
Contact information and FAQs are also easy to find.
This information can be auto-filled into the mortgage applications.
The log out option is easy to find and highlighted.
All details to apply for a Pre-approval applications are arranged to make it easy for the user to fill out.
An option that allows the user to copy over information from previous applications.
A confirmation message immediately informs the user if their application is valid.
An overview of all the applications submitted so far with a brief overview of each.
This screen follows progressive disclosure to prevent cluttering if information.
Converting pre-approval to full applications are made easy.
Full application has added details that need to be input for processing.
The user immediately gets alerted if they are eligible for the mortgage or not.
The alert will provide the reason of rejection as well

A confirmation message will be provided immediately after the form gets confirmed.
